We ship Monday-Friday unless mentioned otherwise, using DHL and a signature is required at collection. If nobody can sign for the parcel, DHL will attempt to deliver the following day. Alternatively you can reschedule your delivery, this can be done on the DHL UK website.
Please do not send us emails regarding the tracking of your parcel, it is best to use the tracking number provided and go to the DHL UK website.
Delays may happen and if you haven't received your order 5 working days after you got notified of the dispatch, do let us know and we will proceed to a refund, we won't send a new parcel.
